Our MD
Leslie Ontong, our managing Director, is a driven intellectual with 20+ years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding industry – on the commercial side, as well as, the agent side.
She has spearheaded shipping and clearing divisions by designing their intricate and comprehensive procedures. In addition, she has experience at both customs and excise divisions at SARS.
Holistically, this experience provides her with a unique understanding of the requirements in the African market and she thus contributes a wealth of knowledge to Platinum Alliance Logistics.
A natural leader, Leslie is passionate about empowering people. She assumes a hands-on position preferring to get involved with the intricacies of each project. She has a tendency to break barriers and cross-borders in everything she does. Each project is an opportunity to improve and each day an opportunity to go further.
